Terms of Service | Hostlier

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Hostlier (the "Platform"), operated by NITRO NETWORKS SAS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please cease using the Platform immediately.

2. Description of Service

Hostlier provides a "Website Builder" and Content Management System (CMS) specifically designed for short-term rental hosts to create direct booking websites. We provide templates, media management tools, and hosting services.

3. Intellectual Property & Use

Platform & Templates: The design, code, and "Luxe" templates provided by Hostlier are the exclusive property of NITRO NETWORKS SAS.
No Scraping: Any automated or manual extraction of data (scraping, crawling) from our Platform or client websites for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
User Content: You retain all rights to the text and personal photos you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any content published on your site.

4. Subscriptions and Fees

Access to professional templates, custom domain support, and unlimited inquiries requires a paid plan.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Prices are inclusive of VAT (TTC) where applicable.
Cancellations: You can cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Role of Hostlier

Hostlier is a software provider. We are not a real estate agency, an OTA, or a party to any rental agreement between you and your guests. We do not handle payment processing between hosts and guests (direct booking transactions).

6. Limitation of Liability

NITRO NETWORKS SAS shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, booking disputes, or technical downtime. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nanterre/Paris.
